juju deploy mysql --channel 8.0/stable
You will need Juju 2.9 to be able to run this command. Learn how to upgrade to Juju 2.9.
Deploy universal operators easily with Juju, the Universal Operator Lifecycle Manager.
Platform:
Major Rollback
Example: MySQL 9.0 -> MySQL 8.0
Currently, the charm supports MySQL 8.0 only; therefore, minor rollbacks are only possible. Canonical is NOT planning to support in-place rollbacks for the major MySQL version change as the old MySQL cluster installation will stay nearby. Please check the “Major Upgrade” tutorial.
