juju deploy mysql --channel 8.0/stable

In-place minor upgrade:

Minor upgrade, e.g. MySQL 8.0.33 -> MySQL 8.0.34
(including charm revision bump 42 -> 43). -
Minor rollback, e.g. MySQL 8.0.34 -> MySQL 8.0.33
(including charm revision return 43 -> 42).
