Charm Userdir-LDAP

The userdir-ldap charm is a ‘bare’ subordinate charm that installs and configures Canonical userdir-ldap package for use with Canonical infra. It creates a lightweight directory service where user accounts, SSH keys, and permissions flow in one direction through a simple hierarchy.
