Add docs to a charm

Deploys and manages the Manila CSI plugin for K8s on OpenStack.

This subordinate charm deploys the Manila CSI driver, enabling Kubernetes clusters to use OpenStack Manila file shares as persistent storage for workloads.

The charm attaches to a principal charm (e.g. openstack-integrator) via the openstack-integration relation and obtains cluster credentials via the kube-control interface.

The charm manages:

Manila CSI driver deployment via Helm
Storage class configuration for Manila-backed persistent volumes
Integration with OpenStack credentials for authentication

IMPORTANT: The NFS CSI driver must already be deployed (via csi-driver-nfs-operator) before this charm can configure successfully. Manila CSI's node plugin forwards volume operations to the NFS CSI node plugin socket.
