OpenStack volume service – Hitachi VSP backend

Cinder is the OpenStack project that provides block‑storage management for virtual machines and bare‑metal hosts. This charm integrates the cinder-volume snap with Hitachi VSP storage arrays (models E/F/G/N 350‑1500, 5100‑5600(H), 590‑1090, etc.). It renders a dedicated backend stanza (hitachi.<app-name>.*) in cinder.conf and manages all driver options via Juju config.
