* create-admin

  Create administrator user to Maubot.

  Params

  + name
    string

    The name of the administrator user.
* delete-admin

  Delete administrator user from Maubot.

  Params

  + name
    string

    The name of the administrator user.
* register-client-account

  Register Matrix client account for a bot. The result is user ID, password, access token and device ID that should be used for registering a client.

    The Matrix account you want to use as a bot.
