  Create a new Lago organization with an initial admin user.
  Calls the Lago API at http://localhost:3000/api/v1/organizations from
  inside the workload container using curl. The password must be passed
  via a GitHub secret — never as a workflow\_dispatch input.

  + org-name
    string

    Name of the organization to create.
  + user-email
    string

    Email address for the initial admin user.
  + user-password
    string

    Password for the initial admin user.
