* extproc-image | string

  OCI image reference for the ExtProc sidecar the controller injects into
  Envoy Gateway data-plane pods. Empty derives the reference from the
  ai-gateway-image resource tag against docker.io/envoyproxy/ai-gateway-extproc.
* log-level | string

  Default: info

  Logging level for the Envoy AI Gateway controller.
  Valid values: debug, info, warn, error. Any other value logs a warning and
  falls back to the default rather than being passed to the controller.
* metrics-request-header-attributes | string

  Default: x-user-id:user.id

  Comma-separated header:attribute pairs mapped onto GenAI metrics as
  metric attributes (e.g. "x-user-id:user.id"). An invalid value logs a
  warning and falls back to the default. Empty disables header mapping.
