  Enables livepatch on-prem.

  Params

  + token
    string

    A Ubuntu Pro token.

* restart

  Restart livepatch service daemon.
* schema-upgrade

  Upgrade the application database schema.
* set-basic-users

  Sets the basic users for the server

  This action overrides all existing users currently set
  in livepatch, unless the append param is provided.

  Params

  + append
    boolean

    By using append, it will no longer override all default users. But rather
    append any additional users to the servers configuration.
  + users
    string

    A comma delimited list of users and password in the form of
    [username1:password1](https://charmhub.io/canonical-livepatch-server/actions#harmful-link),[username2:password2](https://charmhub.io/canonical-livepatch-server/actions#harmful-link),[username3:password3](https://charmhub.io/canonical-livepatch-server/actions#harmful-link)
